In Jainism it refers to the sum total of all activities mental, verbal and physical.
Yoga, as a system combines physical drills, meditation, and breathing exercises with the aim of honing an individual's control over their body and mind. Its proper practice entails emphasis on balancing the mind, body and spirit.[1]
