Push-ups
From Fitness Wiki
Push-ups (sometimes called press-ups) are a great exercise that require no equipment and you can do anywhere. Push-ups develop the pectoral muscles, triceps, deltoids, serratus anterior, coracobrachialis and the midsection as a whole. Push-ups are great because the weight is your own body, so they exercise your muscles relative to your own size and body weight, so are a great relative test of physical fitness comparable no matter your age. You lift about 60% of your body weight in a normal push-up.
